Plans are afoot to hold a Regional Internet Governance Forum (RIGF) in
Noumea on 9-10 April, 2011.
The meeting is being organised by the Pacific Internet Partners in
conjunction with SPC and others.
The draft program structure is:
Opening Session
Critical Internet Infrastructure
Cyber-Security and Network Confidence
The Digital Divide in the Pacific
Legal issues
Internet Access for All
Emerging Issues
Closing Session
Each session will last for 1/4 of a day.
