In addition to the built in Skype emoticons (sometimes called smilies), developers with a sense of humor have included a number of "Additional" icons, which cannot be accessed from the skype emoticon menu. These are listed below.
Some of these may not be available in all versions or work on your operating system. Make sure you have the latest version of Skype, then try them out.
