How to subtract 1hr in excel time column

I downloaded an excel table for the South Africa World Cup 2010 schedules but it's in GMT and Fiji times. I wanted to minus 1 hour from Fiji time column to Vanuatu time so i use this formula:

=A1-Time(1,0,0)

Where A1 holds 01:30.
